1. Service Overview

How to Bitcoin provides personalized education and mentoring focused on helping individuals understand what Bitcoin is, why it matters, and how to securely buy, store, and transact with it. All services are delivered virtually and include optional on-demand support through a monthly subscription. We are not a bank, exchange, or licensed financial service provider. We do not hold, manage, or control your Bitcoin or funds. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.​

Important Note: We do not manufacture, sell, or support any of the hardware devices or online services we recommend. Any third-party wallets, exchanges, or tools we refer to are completely separate entities. We will guide you in how to use them safely and provide direct links and contact information, but we are not affiliated with or responsible for their operation, support, or fulfillment. Our role is strictly educational — we teach you how to interact with these tools confidently and securely.

2. Booking and Consultation

We offer a Complimentary Bitcoin Intro Consultation (30 minutes) to assess your needs. After this call, we will present a custom plan detailing the sessions required, the topics covered, an estimated timeline, and total cost.

3. Session Structure and Duration

Paid mentoring consists of multiple personalized sessions, typically delivered via Google Meet. Session duration and frequency vary based on the client’s experience level and needs. A typical course spans over 2–3 weeks to allow time for acquiring hardware wallets and learning at a steady pace.

4. Payments and Invoicing

• Clients will be invoiced after the complimentary consultation.

• 75% of the total course fee is due immediately upon agreement.

• The remaining 25% is due before the final session, or within 30 days of the first payment—whichever comes first.

• Payments are processed via Square.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• The first session of your mentoring course is covered by a satisfaction guarantee.

• If you choose to cancel after the first session, 10% of the total course cost will be retained, and the remainder of your 75% payment will be refunded.

• No refunds are available after the second session.

• Clients must communicate to reschedule sessions; no-shows will be allowed one reschedule without penalty.

• Rescheduling is allowed without fees.

6. Support Access

All clients receive 7 days of post-course support at no additional cost, which includes:

• Text message access

• Voice messaging

• Screenshot/image sharing

• Limited phone calls

For extended support beyond the 7 days, clients may subscribe to on-demand mentorship for a monthly fee. This service is billed separately and can be canceled at any time.

7. Recordings and Materials

All mentoring sessions are recorded for training and quality purposes. Clients will not receive video recordings but will be provided with:

• A summary of what was covered

• Access to presentation materials used in the sessions

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information

• Showing up on time for sessions or notifying us in advance of conflicts

• Purchasing required tools, such as a compatible hardware wallet and any recommended accessories (e.g., seed plate)

• Not distributing or misusing provided training materials or presentations

9. Intellectual Property

All content, slides, and teaching methods are the intellectual property of How to Bitcoin. Clients may reuse the information for personal education or to educate close family and friends, but may not share, distribute, or resell the materials.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to learnhowtobitcoin.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
